Hi, it doesn’t matter which PrusaSlicer version you use to flash the firmware - you do not need to re-do it.
Hi Greg, the insert is only part of MMU2/S upgrade.
So if you are upgrading from the MMU2 (non-S) then you need to remove the insert from the old part.
If you never had the MMU2 (or MMU2S) upgrade, then you won’t have the insert.
Hi, updating the firmware from MK3 to MK3S will wipe your old settings - so you’ll probably run the wizard anyway :)
Hi there, it’s not absolutely necessary, but re-assembly should take only 10 minutes :)
Hi Kyle, a video/picture would be helpful - you can send it to us via email (email@example.com).
You can proceed with the assembly, it’s easy to adjust Y-axis even when the printer is fully assembled.
Hello Adam, all our kits (from MK2 to MK3S) contain longer, ball ended Allen key.
Hi, you can find the DXF file here: https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/258...
We use 0.05 mm PETG sheets.
Hi Eric, the ball headed key is there for this :) It can be used at an angle.
Hi Neil, it also applies to MK3S - basically, you don’t want the wire hanging loose, so it doesn’t catch on anything.
Hi, it’s perfectly normal and OK :)
